Remy joined Gibraltar in 2005 working in the calibration department. Remy’s hard work and quick ability to pick up on difficult technical concepts was recognized by management. In 2007 he became the Calibration Dept Manager.
In 2014 he was promoted to Facilities Manager. Remy possesses strong knowledge of microbiological and sterilization test methods.
In April 2018, Remy transitioned to Prince full time as Operations Manager. In 2023, he was promoted to Sr. Operations Manager. Remy lives in Fairfield, NJ with his wife and children.
Michael joined Gibraltar as a microbiologist in 2005. Michael quickly rose through the ranks showing exceptional microbiology knowledge and a commitment to quality.
In 2010, after spending a few years in the quality assurance dept., Michael was promoted to QA Manager. Michael was extremely successful as the QA Manager of Gibraltar leading the company through hundreds of successful customer and regulatory audits during his tenure.
In April 2018, Mike transitioned to Prince full time as QA Manager. His success continued at Prince where he also oversees the entire quality and regulatory team ensuring compliance to cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485, and customer requirements. Michael lives in Belleville, NJ with his wife. He is an avid NY sports fan.
With more than 40 years in the medical device and biopharmaceutical industries, Harry has dedicated his career to helping customers bring new solutions that improve patient care to market. During his 42-year tenure at West Pharmaceutical Services, he supported the Consumer Products Group, where he partnered with customers as an extension of their development teams, collaborating on new product development and helping to support successful product launches. Harry brings a plethora of experience in the sterile primary packaging field across pharmaceutical and medical device products. Recognized as a trusted leader, Harry is known for building meaningful, lasting relationships that enable customer programs to succeed.
Outside of work, Harry is an avid skier, pickleball player, and golfer, and he enjoys staying active with fitness. He especially values time spent with his children and grandchildren.
Geoff brings 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience to his new role as Associate Director of Business Development at Prince Sterilization Services (April 2026). His background at West Pharmaceuticals and SGD Pharma gave him deep expertise in parenteral primary packaging, working across accounts of all sizes on everything from drug launches and supply agreements to audits and tech transfers. He holds a bachelor’s in financial risk management and blends an analytical approach with a strong sales background to drive efficiency and deliver great client experiences.
Outside of work, Geoff is based in King of Prussia, PA, and enjoys golf, skiing, the outdoors, and being the fun uncle to his nine nieces and nephews.
Carrie Burkett brings over 25 years of experience in contract sterilization, with a strong background at Sterigenics supporting pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer product applications. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in delivering safe, compliant and effective sterilization solutions across highly regulated industries.
Carrie resides in Northwest Florida with her family and is a proud mother of three children. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys boating, staying active through sports and fitness, and spending quality time with her family.
Kristah joined Gibraltar Laboratories in 1992. Prior to Gibraltar, she worked for FDA. Kristah worked her way through multiple positions before making her way into sales.
Kristah was eventually promoted to Technical Services Mgr of Gibraltar where she was responsible for overseeing the customer service and sales depts. Kristah transitioned full-time to Prince in April of 2018.
Through working in the industry for over 30 years, she has a strong technical background surrounding microbiology, chemistry, and sterilization. Kristah lives in Franklin Lakes, NJ and North Carolina with her husband and two boys.
Paulina Choinska brings nearly two decades of finance leadership to Prince Sterilization Services, with experience across manufacturing, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, and professional services. Her multi-industry background provides a broad business perspective and a clear understanding of how operational and financial functions connect to drive performance.
Paulina holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in finance. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, attending sporting events, perfecting her floral design skills, and caring for her extensive plant collection.
Jozef joined Gibraltar Laboratories in 1995. Starting as a bench microbiologist, Jozef quickly rose through the ranks due to his work ethic and ability to understand and solve complex technical problems.
After being at Gibraltar for over a decade, Jozef was promoted to VP of Operations. In this role, he oversaw the operations of the microbiology, chemistry, and sterilization divisions of Gibraltar. Jozef transitioned full-time to Prince in May of 2021. Jozef is a strong industrial microbiologist and sterilization expert.
Jozef studied abroad in Poland and has a background in Engineering. Jozef is a first-generation immigrant from Poland. He came to the USA at 21 years old knowing very little English and worked multiple jobs in an effort to provide a better life for his family. Jozef resides in Bloomingdale, NJ with his wife and two children.
Daniel’s success in business was achieved with hard work over many years. Critical to his success was his background in science from his MS in microbiology and a Ph.D. in molecular biology. Over time he made a series of decisions about vision, culture, leadership and sustainability that have resulted in excellent business performance and growth for more than 30 years. In his career he has successfully led three companies and built strong teams.
He began as president of Gibraltar Laboratories leading it to become a distinguished contract testing laboratory for the pharmaceutical, medical device and specialty chemical industries. He expanded the company’s microbiological platform to include new programs in molecular biology, virology, analytical chemistry and endotoxin. He also worked to diversify the company by creating a distinct specialty chemical company that grew into a major player in a mature product sector, by selling disinfectant formulae supported by highly sought-after safety and efficacy claims.
As part of his efforts to diversify Gibraltar, he created a sterilization service department that eventually became Prince Sterilization Services as part of his exit from Gibraltar Labs. Today he serves as the CEO of Prince Sterilization.
Daniel and His companies have been continually nationally recognized for excellence in customer service being named at Gibraltar NJ Family Business of the Year, and at Prince Sterilization 2023 for Innovation and Growth by ACG NJ and as the 2022 Manufacturer of the Year by New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program. He has served on many Boards and currently is actively involved in combating human trafficking with his work with the not for profit, Lift Up the Vulnerable.
Derek began his professional career in 2013 working at Gibraltar Laboratories. Derek started in the laboratory, where he performed various tests on sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical and healthcare-related medical devices and products. Derek has experience performing and developing procedures and tests for a variety of microbiology and molecular biology test services, including rapid methods.
In 2018, Derek formally departed Gibraltar to lead Prince Sterilization Services as the President. At Prince, Derek leads a high-performing team and fosters a quality-minded, performance-focused, safe, and friendly work environment. Derek is a subject matter expert in microbiology and sterilization science. Derek is a member of two Kilmer Collaboration sterilization workstream groups focused on Parametric Release and VH2O2 sterilization and a member of DCAT’s Science & Scholarship committee.
Derek has a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master's degree in microbiology, and a Ph.D. in microbiology from Rutgers University. Derek lives in Chester Twp., NJ, and enjoys hockey, hiking with his dog, and spending time with his family.
